Welcome. I’m Harmony, founder of Harmony Integrative Health—the home of Yoglates Kinesiology Clinic and Harmony Springs Med Spa. Harmony Integrative Health was born from a simple belief; True beauty is an outward reflection of vibrant health. Rather than masking symptoms or chasing temporary results, we help restore the body’s balance so wellness and beauty can flourish from within. For years, I have had the privilege of working alongside physicians, clinicians, wellness practitioners, and extraordinary clients who entrusted me with their health journeys. Those experiences, combined with extensive study in integrative wellness, therapeutic bodywork, skincare, nutrition, and longevity science, have shaped the philosophy behind every service we offer. My passion is helping people reverse the effects of stress, inflammation, and accelerated aging by restoring the body’s innate capacity to heal. I call this reverse engineering longevity—addressing the root causes that influence how we age, feel, move, and look. Every signature treatment reflects this philosophy. Whether through lymphatic facial lifting, therapeutic skin detoxification poultices, ancient Thai compression stretching, kinesiology, or advanced skin rejuvenation, each service is designed to improve circulation, support detoxification, calm the nervous system, encourage healthy metabolism, and promote radiant, youthful skin.
